I offer somatic and mindset coaching designed to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and sustainable personal growth. My work blends trauma-informed somatic practices with mindset support, along with ongoing guidance and access to a growing resource vault filled with embodiment tools and practices you can return to anytime.
In addition, I host a monthly community gathering called the Somatic Root Circle, a mindful and supportive space for gentle somatic practices, reflection, and authentic connection. This community offering supports regulation, grounding, and growth through embodied practice and shared presence.

To get started, you can apply to work with me directly through my website. The application process helps you reflect on where you are and what you’re seeking, and it allows me to assess whether my 1:1 somatic and mindset coaching container is the best fit for you, or if one of my group or community offerings may be more supportive at this time.
Applying doesn’t mean you have to have everything figured out, it shows that you recognize you’re deserving of more support, and clarity in your life. From there, we’ll explore the next aligned step together.
