For years, I was just getting by.
I moved through life disconnected from my body, silencing my intuition, constantly tending to others while abandoning myself. I was stuck in survival mode, second-guessing myself and striving for worth in all the wrong places.
My body was craving peace.
My mind was aching for clarity.
My spirit longed for nourishment.
Through somatic healing, I began unraveling the patterns that keep me stuck and learned to hold space for all of me.
Grief, fear, tension, all of it lived in my body, waiting to be seen and softened.
As a highly sensitive person, I understand what it means to feel deeply — to move through the world with a tender heart while trying to stay grounded. My own healing journey has taught me how to care for my nervous system, how to meet myself with compassion, and how to build resilience after trauma.
